Since launching open world zombie game Dying Light 2 earlier this year, developer Techland has released a number of updates to address fan feedback, fix bugs, and generally improve the experience for all players. One of the most highly-requested features since launch has been the inclusion of a New Game+ mode, and now Techland has confirmed exactly when Dying Light 2 players can expect it to be available in the game.
As it so happens, Dying Light 2 fans don't have to wait long at all to check out New Game+. Techland has confirmed that Dying Light 2 New Game+ is coming in update 1.3.0, scheduled to launch on Wednesday, April 27. Techland also touched on what exactly New Game+ means for Dying Light 2 players, confirming that players will retain their character progress as is usual of the feature, but with tougher enemy encounters and new inhibitors to find that let players upgrade Aiden even further.
