Are you excited for the Nothing phone (1) but can't wait to get its experience on your phone? Fret not, as Nothing has just released the public beta version of its launcher for Android phones. It is called the Nothing Launcher and it promises to deliver a taste of what you can expect from the Nothing OS when it debuts on the Nothing phone (1) later this year. The launcher is available for free and can be downloaded on select Android smartphones at the moment.
Before you head over to the download link, know that the launcher is not compatible with all devices at the moment. Nothing Launcher (Beta) is currently compatible with Samsung Galaxy S21, and Galaxy S22 series devices in India. Globally, it can also be downloaded on the Google Pixel 5 and 6. Support for OnePlus devices is coming soon.

Max Icons and Max Folders
The launcher allows you to enlarge an app icon or folder, if you want them to be more visible. You have to hold and press to enlarge app folders or individual apps. You can also launch any app directly from your folders, just like you can on iPhones. Nothing says that your most used apps will appear first in the folder.
Bespoke Clock and Weather widgets
Those cool widgets for the clock and weather apps are present in the first beta of the Nothing launcher. “These widgets use the same dot matrix font as our logo,” says Nothing.
Nothing Wallpaper and Style
Users will be able to customise their home screen with the Nothing wallpapers and associated colour palette.
