The Dragon Ball franchise has certainly had its fair share of villains over the years but none of them can claim to be as mysterious or strange as the elusive Majin Ozotto. With his vast array of powers similar to those of both Cell and Majin Buu, Majin Ozotto poses a uniquely dangerous threat to anyone unfortunate enough to cross his path. Ozotto first appeared in the 1994 video game, Dragon Ball Z: V.R.V.S as the final boss only to resurface more than two decades later in the Super Dragon Ball Heroes: Universe Mission manga.
In his first appearance within Dragon Ball Z: V.R.V.S, Ozotto uses his powers as a shapeshifter to completely mimic his foes, forcing the Z Fighters to battle mirror versions of one another. This technique is so powerful it allows Ozotto to perfectly replicate the techniques of each fighter as well, leading him to be capable of using the Spirit Bomb when imitating Goku. On top of this powerful imitation technique, Ozotto has the ability to consume entire planets with an absorption technique similar to Cell’s, which enables him to steal the powers of those he dissolves into himself.

When Majin Ozotto appears in Super Dragon Ball Heroes: Universe Mission, it is revealed that he has been placed on the Prison Planet by the demon scientist Fu. Ozotto lurks behind the Z Fighters in a cloud of dark smoke, materializing behind Oolong and quickly stealing a Dragon Ball from him. Ozotto’s teleportation abilities allow him to warp space-time and avoid being caught on the battlefield where Goku and Vegeta are still skirmishing with Cumber.
