After years of teases and anticipation, earlier this summer, BioWare and EA finally announced Dragon Age: The Veilguard in full, giving it a fall launch window, and though we’ve learned plenty about the upcoming action RPG since then, a specific release date still remains unknown. That, however, will be changing later in the not-too-distant future, as per BioWare.
Taking to Twitter, BioWare recently announced that Dragon Age: The Veilguard is going to be Steam Deck Verified and natively available on Steam. As part of that update, the developer also assured that the action RPG is “making great progress” towards its intended fall launch window, and that specific details on when exactly it will launch will be shared “later this summer”.
Dragon Age: The Veilguard is set to have a presence at San Diego Comic-Con, which kicked off today and will be running until July 28, while there’s also a good chance that we see it next month at Gamescom as well. Hopefully, information on its release date will arrive at one of those events.
Dragon Age: The Veilguard launches this fall for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
