The parallels between professional wrestling and content creators on Twitch and YouTube are remarkable. Pro wrestlers and influencers both find success when excellent at their craft, whether it's wrestling or gaming. They also thrive on drama and controversy, developing good guy «face» or bad guy «heel» personas. In that regard, YouTuber Dr Disrespect excels. It's perhaps no surprise then that Dr Disrespect has worked with pro wrestling promotion WWE in the past, and why fans are hopeful to see him on WWE television again.
The popular YouTube recently addressed the possibility of making his WWE debut in a recent livestream. Dr Disrespect hasn't taken part in any WWE programs for some time now, but is very much open to the possibility of returning. Asked when he will make his WWE debut, Dr Disrespect is noncommittal. He does say that he has his full intro «all lined up» in his head, though. It sounds like the Doc is just waiting for WWE to make the call.

Dr Disrespect's return to WWE has been a topic conversation among his fans lately due to a recently-gone-viral video from WWE 2K22. A custom Dr Disrespect character model and entrance for the YouTuber created by MG21 was very popular for a bit. Fans of Dr Disrespect went wild at the possibility of the YouTuber potentially returning, especially if it looked anything like the video. A lot of effort clearly went into the creation.
The possibility that Dr Disrespect will have a debut on WWE isn't unrealistic, either. Dr Disrespect made an appearance on WWE programming in 2019, mentioning he was «looking for someone.» That led to a storyline eventually culminating with the Undertaker confronting Dr Disrespect in a pre-recorded video
