Former 90 Day Fiancé star David Toborowsky has opted for different cosmetic procedures over the years. Some of his pictures prove that his appearance has changed a lot since his debut many years ago. Viewers may remember the 54-year-old reality star from 90 Day Fiancé season 5, where he appeared alongside his Thai wife, Annie Suwan Toborowsky.

The couple had a troublesome relationship on the show, riddled with issues such as cultural differences and a large age gap. However, David and Annie decided to give their relationship a chance and ended up getting married. David first started altering his looks in 2020 and has received many different surgeries since. He traveled to Mexico with Annie to get a cosmetic procedure done, which turned out to be a success.

Since David was losing his hair, he fixed the issues with the help of a hair transplant and seemed more comfortable with his appearance. David captioned the post with a motivating message, "I know many people are stressed over so many things. That is why we always say think positive because with
