Bungie is slightly opening the floodgates of information regarding the end of the Light and Dark Saga: The Final Shape. With news already out there about the new enemy type and more, a Dev Insight gave us a look at the much-needed changes coming to a Darkness subclass. And thanks to these changes coming with TFS, the Destiny 2 Stasis rework adds Frost Armor and revamped Stasis Shards.
In the post, we can see that the Stasis sub-class will be getting a type of over-shield buff called Frost Armor. It seems like Frost Armor will be similar to other sub-class over-shields like Strand with Woven Mail.
And the changes don’t stop there, as Stasis Shards have also been reworked to mesh well with the new Frost Armor. Let’s show you just how much they’ve changed and added with Stasis by getting a quick overlook of all the buffs, fragments, and aspects:
There are even more Stasis changes coming with TFS that depend on the class you play as, but these are the general changes that will affect your Stasis Shards and how you can earn Frost Armor.
As we said above, if you want to look a bit more in-depth at these changes and the developer’s insight on them, make sure to check out the official preview blog post. Thanks to these reworks, I’ll be looking to make an all-new Stasis build as soon as The Final Shape releases.
With around 2 weeks to go until the launch of The Final Shape, Bungie started throwing everything and the kitchen sink at Guardians to get their hype meters skyrocketing. From showing off new Exotic armor and weapons to giving us a sneak peek at the Exotic class item perks, the devs aren’t done showing what they’ve been cooking.
But on May 22nd, developers posted a staggering 9,000-word blog post, detailing a wide range of tweaks, buffs, and nerfs coming to every subclass in The Final Shape.
