Defense Derby Adds New Character Florea and Valentine’s Event
hardcoredroid.comDefense Derby, the mobile tower defense game by KRAFTON Studios, has announced that the new character Florea will join the game’s roster. Alongside her arrival comes the Derby Brawl – Florea Mirror Match game mode which will run until February 12th at 4 PM PT.
Florea is the newest member of the Spirit Faction and is a Magic-Type character. Her special attack targets a one-panel radius. Her unique skill, Sacrifice, allows the player to remove her from the battlefield to heal their castle. Florea can be obtained via Shop of Blessings, Featured Summon, and the Step Up Pack.
February 14th also sees the arrival of a new type of magic character, known as Celestial Prayer. As a Support type character, Celestial Prayer enhances the stats of nearby friendly characters. Her special ability “Divine Grace” boosts the type of synergy of nearby units, making her position on the battlefield important. She will be featured in the Derby Brawl – Celestial Prayer Mirror Match game from February 14th to February 27th.
Finally, a new special event brings more gems, crystals, and Valentine’s Day. The Hot Time Event allows players to gain 500 gems on February 10th and a maximum of 300 crystals between February 9th and the 12th. The Valentine’s Day event also allows players to collect sweethearts and trade them for various goods. These include Legendary Unit Summon Tickets, The Dolce Amore Chocolate Shop Castle Skin, Crystals, Elixirs, and Gold. This event runs from February 14th to the 27th.
