On an unspecified date this summer, Hooked on You: A Dead by Daylight Dating Sim will stalk its way on to PC via Steam. Hints at the existence of a Dead by Daylight dating simulator hit the web earlier this year, courtesy of a trademark filing by series creator Behaviour Interactive. While the filing didn't divulge much in the way of concrete details, it became abundantly clear that the Canadian-based studio had its heart set on exploring the horror franchise's reach in a completely different genre.
Dead by Daylight continues to expand in terms of popularity. The asymmetrical multiplayer experience originally landed on PC in 2016 before migrating to PS4 and Xbox One consoles the following summer. Behaviour Interactive has since ported the horror title to Google Stadia, Nintendo Switch, and mobile devices, ensuring as many players as possible can get their hands on the haunting online action. Notably, the title pits four Survivors against one Killer in a match that tasks the team of four with completing objectives to escape. Dead by Daylight's playable Killer, on the other hand, must catch and store away their prey. The next DBD-branded adventure flips the script quite drastically.

In honor of the franchise's sixth anniversary, Behaviour Interactive has formally unveiled Hooked on You: A Dead by Daylight Dating Sim.
