Months after their deaths in the mainline comics, DC Comics has officially hinted that the Justice League is alive with an open door on how they can come back. Comic fans and the massive world of DC characters were shocked to see the Justice League officially killed off in Justice League #75 by Josh Williamson, Rafa Sandoval, Jordie Tarragona, Matt Herms & Josh Reed. With big time heroes like Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman officially gone, those that remain have been met with grief and trauma that has spanned across DC's long line of characters. While things may seem bleak though, it looks like those they thought to be dead could be coming back when needed the most.
In Dark Crisis on Infinite Earths #3 by Joshua Williamson and Daniel Sampere, which was recently revealed in a surprise twist to be an official sequel to the iconic DC story Crisis on Infinite Earths, Hal Jordan and a team of Green Lanterns take off to find Pariah and figure out how to reverse the Justice League's deaths. Once there, they learn from Pariah that he plans to harness the powers of superheroes across infinite Earths to rebuild the multiverse...unbeknownst that he's actually being used by the Great Darkness. To do this though, he shows off a series of Earths featuring the logos of each Justice League member. Determined to figure out what's going on, Hal grabs hold of the one bearing the Lantern insignia...and what happens next sets up the Justice League's big return to bring back Dark Crisis' the dead heroes.
