Speak with Bobby Carlisle in the Valdrakken Inn to receive the quest A Key Story. Turn it in to Weaponsmith Koref at the Blacksmithing building in the Obsidian Enclave. This will give you the clue of the day, The Blacksmith and the Apprentice.
The clue mentions Cloverhood Hollow in the Ohn'ahran Plains. Head there and use your Torch of Pyrreth by the ruins in Sylvan Glade to reveal a Hastily Scrawled stone, who will direct you to a new place using your Tricked-Out Thinking Cap.
