Something has been plaguing me for days, and now I can finally point my thinking cap to the right place (-198, -84).

Sixteenth Community Satchel

Kaivax's blue post mentions plaguing for days. If you head to the location of the first community satchel in the Eastern Plaguelands, use your Tricked-Out Thinking Cap and follow to the forum post coordinates using the cap, you will end up at the location of this satchel, located behind the main building by a wagon in Caer Darrow in Western Plaguelands.
