Secrets of Azeroth Event - Twelfth Community Satchel Found (Event Spoilers)
Part of the Secrets of Azeroth event is the achievement Community Rumor Mill, which requires you to loot Buried Satchels located from rumors around the community. Turns out there are more than 10 satchels, and a new one was found today!

The clue for this satchel comes from the This Week in WoW post for this Monday. The SEO image on top of the article shows the Blue Sky Logging Grounds in Grizzly Hills.
Twelfth Community Satchel
The Twelfth Community Satchel is indeed found in Grizzly Hills, but are slightly different for Horde and Alliance. You must take a log ride in the Blue Sky Logging Grounds by talking to Gordun or Darrok. Once you start the ride, you will get a buff, WHEE!. The satchel will appear next to you at the end of the log ride, which ends in different locations for Horde and Alliance. You need to have the WHEE! buff up in order to see the satchel.
