The «spy-thriller expansion for Cyberpunk 2077» brings back Keanu Reeves and throws none other than Idris Elba into Night City. An «all new district of Night City», nonetheless. Whether or not it'll be the New Vegas of the Cyberpunk universe, we can only speculate — but it's looking exciting.

The Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty DLC release date is 26th September 2023, the developers confirmed at the Xbox Games Showcase in June.
Seeing as the base game was delayed a number of times and ultimately launched with a lot of bugs, you can understand why they didn't announce that date until quite late in the process.
