Courteney Cox tries out Friends filters in a new Instagram video with genuinely horrifying results. First premiering in 1994 on NBC, Friends went on to become a global phenomenon, introducing audiences to the characters of Ross (David Schwimmer), Rachel (Jennifer Aniston), Monica (Cox), Chandler (Matthew Perry), Phoebe (Lisa Kudrow), and Joey (Matt LeBlanc). The show ultimately ran for ten popular seasons before finally concluding in 2004.
Despite coming to an end more than 15 years ago, Friends remains popular today and is widely regarded as one of the most iconic and important sitcoms of all time. Almost as soon as the show concluded, fans were eager for a reunion of the show's main stars, with calls continuing to this day for a revival of the popular series. Although not a continuation of the show, all six main cast members reunited for Friends: The Reunion last year on HBO Max.

In a new Instagram post, Cox tries out an app that replaces your face with one of the six main characters of Friends. The results are hilarious and horrifying, with Cox unable to identify what characters she's even transforming into. Check out Cox's Instagram post below:

Cox doesn't reveal what the app in question is, but the results speak for themselves, with some of the face replacements being completely unrecognizable. Cox even says, "This is one of the worst apps I've ever seen." However, Cox has fun with the app, even spouting out Joey's fan-favorite line, "How you doin'?".
