Cosmetic Rewards for Completing Baine Questline in Patch 10.0.7 - Different Items for Tauren
Players who complete the new «Old Hatreds» questline involving Baine Bloodhoof in Dragonflight Patch 10.0.7 will be rewarded with a special toy, while Tauren characters will receive unique totem transmogs!
Reward for Non-TaurenAll races besides Tauren will receive the Display of Strength toy for completing «Old Hatreds» — a Caber Tossing toy on a relatively short 2 minute cooldown!
Reward for TaurenMost Tauren will receive the Ancestral Bloodhoof Totem cosmetic cloak appearance for completing «Old Hatreds» — the transmog changes your cloak into a traditional tauren totem worn on your back! The two-headed totem is the special back transmog awarded upon completion of Baine's questline.
Reward for Tauren (Special Flag)It also appears that there might be a secret third reward, although this is currently unconfirmed speculation. String details found during the 10.0.7 PTR suggests that Tauren matching a «special condition» will receive the Ancestor's Might mace for completing «Old Hatreds» — a Tauren totem weapon transmog. As there don't appear to be any special choices during the questline, we've speculated that this «special condition» could be as simply as being exalted with Thunder Bluff or max renown with the Maruuk Centaur, but we don't know quite yet. The weapon is also only awarded to Tauren, but the special condition for earning it is currently unknown. Rest assured, this post will be updated once we uncover the special conditions to get this weapon.
