Hello! Welcome to the 300th edition of the WoW Economy Weekly Wrap-up!
This week we take a look at a great site for tracking Profession Weeklies for your alts, look at some possible investments in materials now prices are low and a great guide to some skinning farms in Classic Hardcore. We also have a great interview with someone who has made a lot of gold with crafting Work Orders and it looks like the Magpie buff in Dreamsurges has been hotfixed.
My name is Samadan and I'll be your guide through the World of Gold Making!
A great website has been brought to my attention for tracking alts progress with pretty much everything, but in particular tracking Profession Weeklies WoWThing.org
In order to get it setup, you need the companion addon — WoWThing_Collector
Once you've gone through your characters with your usual routines, the addon will track your progress. To see your profession weeklies on your character home page, you need to enable a couple of things.
First, add Tasks to the Home columns in Layout Settings
Then in the Task setting, add Profession Weeklies ..
And then in the Home page you'll be able to keep track of which character have done what for their professions that week..
It's a great website for tracking all sorts of things and gives you a handy at a glance view of all your alts and what they are up to.
Is it worth investing in materials in the hope they get more expensive later on? While a very risky strategy, especially in the landscape of a Region wide Auction House, it can reap some nice rewards..
