Class Restrictions Removed from MoP Remix Class Ensembles
wowhead.comWith the release of 11.0.5, the class ensembles from MoP Remix are now useable by any character with a matching armor type!
When October's Trading Post catalogue was announced, Blizzard also revealed that in November, we would see the return of the Class Ensemble sets not only for their original classes, but for all classes of that same armor type. This means that all plate wearers can interchangeably use the Death Knight, Paladin, and Warrior sets, and likewise for the other three armor types.
20th Anniversary and November’s Trading Post
Mind your Tender— with the upcoming November Trading Post we’ll be bringing back last year’s armor sets and transmog weapon sets. Each armor set comes with three pieces: helm, shoulder, and belt, and each weapon set comes with 3 weapons.
Class Restrictions Lifted
Players will now be able to purchase these items with any class character to add to your transmog collection and any class that can wear or use that item transmog can. So, if you have a mail user, they will be able to wear any mail armor set transmog and if your class can use one-hand maces, you’ll be able to use any of the mace transmogs, etc.
One glaring absence, however, was the removal of restrictions from the matching recolors that players were able to obtain from MoP Remix over the summer prior to the launch of The War Within. Thankfully, Blizzard hotfixed this shortly after 11.0.5's release, and the recolored ensembles are now also available!
Transmogrification
- Class restrictions have been removed from the class armor and weapon sets that were obtained during the Mists of Pandaria: Remix event.
This applies not only to the armor sets, but to the weapons as well.
