Chris Evans’ performance in Lightyear more than justifies Pixar’s his recasting as the voice of Buzz from Tim Allen. Directed by Angus MacLane in his feature debut, the spin-off film follows the «real» Space Ranger Buzz Lightyear’s brazen attempts to redeem himself from his mistake and lead his crew’s homecoming.
