The most noteworthy Super Soldier in Marvel's history has always been Captain America, but Mockingbird should arguably have just as much notoriety as Steve Rogers, if not more. A superspy for S.H.I.E.L.D. who earned a spot on the Avengers before she even had any powers, Bobbi Morse aka Mockingbird has kept a relatively low profile in recent years since the 2016 cancellation of her short-lived solo title. Throughout her history, she has been closely tied to Hawkeye, and the two were even married for a while, but the fact that she is also a Super Soldier is hardly ever acknowledged.
Bobbi Morse was first introduced in 1971 as a companion to Ka-Zar. She was later revealed to be Agent 19 of S.H.I.E.L.D. before she opted to take on a new life as a superhero. Ever since the 1983 Hawkeye miniseries by Mark Gruenwald, Hawkeye and Mockingbird have had something of an on-again-off-again relationship that has ultimately resulted in them being paired as a married couple. The two served as members of the West Coast Avengers and eventually divorced before she sacrificed her life to save Clint. She was later resurrected and became a member of the New Avengers, at which point Hawkeye played a major role in her becoming the ultimate Super Soldier.

It is in New Avengers #13 by Brian Michael Bendis, Mike Deodato, and Howard Chaykin that Mockingbird undergoes a drastic transformation and power boost.
