Capcom Game Getting Delisted on March 28
Capcom has confirmed that Age of Booty, its strategy pirate game, is being delisted from Xbox starting March 28. This is disappointing news from Capcom at what is otherwise a fairly exciting time for the company.
Capcom just recently launched Dragon's Dogma 2 to rave reviews, with many critics singing the praises of the newly-released open world action-RPG. There has been some controversy surrounding Dragon's Dogma 2's microtransactions and performance, but otherwise the game has proven to be quite popular. Capcom enthusiasts will be kept plenty busy by Dragon's Dogma 2, but in the meantime, they are running out of time to add Age of Booty to their collection.
Age of Booty is being delisted from Xbox starting March 28. The game was previously delisted from PC and PS3 as well, meaning Age of Booty will effectively be impossible to purchase after March 28. The game earned mixed reviews from critics at the time of its release in 2008, though there was some praise for its online multiplayer modes.
