Last month's Boruto chapter was quite intriguing as fans finally got to see what Code's true power was really like. After having his limiters finally removed by Amado, Code's strength grew drastically. He also underwent a physical transformation, with his hair turning silver and his body emanating a different aura. Surprisingly, Code wasn't nearly as impressive as fans thought he would be. Despite being stronger than the likes of Jigen, he was still much weaker compared to the cyborgs named Eida and Daemon. The latter demonstrated his powers in the same chapter and was able to completely overwhelm Code in battle.
While fans saw Code escape using his teleportation jutsu, Eida and Daemon struck a deal with Amado and will now be traveling to Konoha. Boruto Chapter 72 is going to be crucial in establishing a link between them and the village, and, at the same time, will also focus more on Code's struggle to gain more power and take revenge against those who he thinks have done him wrong.
Boruto: Ways Baryon Mode Is Naruto's Strongest Power
Boruto Chapter 72 will most likely focus on Eida, Daemon, and Amado traveling to Konoha. Although Amado was previously kidnapped by Code, he will return to the village safely. It is likely that Shikamaru and even Naruto will blame him for removing Code's limiters and giving them another enemy to deal with, however, as Amado mentioned himself, they need him to keep Kawaki in check. As such, Konoha is forced to take his services and keep him safe at the same time.
