Blizzard Clarifies Availability of Previous Recruit A Friend Reward Track
Blizzard has updated their Recruit a Friend blog with details on the availability of rewards from the previous track. If you still have active recruits on the previous track, you will continue to earn the older rewards--but in all other situations, you can only earn the Goblin-themed rewards introduced in Patch 10.0.7.

BlizzardIf you still have active recruits on the previous Recruit A Friend reward track, you will continue to earn those rewards as long as your recruits stay subscribed. If for any reason, your recruits lapse for a month or more and then return, they will begin awarding credit for the current reward track.Any recruitments made after March 21 will be assigned to the new rewards track; Recruiters are able to gain rewards from both tracks simultaneously. If you're not on the current Recruit A Friend reward track before March 21, you'll begin earning the new rewards listed below as part of the RAF refresh..
