There are four Yaoguai Kings you can find in as secret bosses who give rare rewards upon their defeat. The final King, Yellow Loong, is the toughest among these hidden foes due to his combat skills and mastery over lightning. It'll take everything you have to overcome Yellow Loong's challenge to claim one of the strongest weapons in the game.
You cannot face Yellow Loong without taking out the other Yaoguai Kings first. You need to defeat Cyan Loong, Black Loong, and Red Loong in before you can unlock the final fight against Yellow Loong later in the story. Each of the Kings can be found in different story Chapters, but you need a specific item to unlock the arenas where they reside.
Black Myth: Wukong has secret Yaoguai King bosses, including Black Loong, a fearsome boar warrior you can try to beat in Chapter 2 for rare rewards.
Before you start searching for Yellow Loong, you have to obtain the Loong Scales to unlock the other fights against the Yaoguai Kings. This item can be found in Chapter 2 once you've beaten the King of Flowing Sands boss. In the Valley of Despair area past this enemy, you can challenge the First Prince of Flowing Sands and the First Rat Prince, who can be baited into destroying a nearby wall.
This wall can also be broken by using the Headbutt spirit skill of the Wandering Wight optional boss in seen early in Chapter 1.
Destroying the wall in the Valley unlocks a path to a secret cave, with a chest that contains the Loong Scales. With this item, you can destroy obstacles hiding the arenas of the Yaoguai Kings, including Yellow Loong himself. When you've defeated the other three Kings, progress through the story until you have taken down the Buddha's Right-Hand main boss.
