Ever since Better Call Saul made its way onto television, fans have speculated that its predecessor's main characters, Walter White, played by Bryan Cranston, and Jesse Pinkman, played by Aaron Paul, would make an appearance on the show, and now it's been confirmed for them.
Fans who have tuned in toBetter Call Saul from day one probably knew something like this was coming seeing how the show has brought back most of its predecessors' most prominent characters to varying degrees over the years from the very beginning. While the show centers around the backstory of Saul Goodman, Mike Ehrmantraut, and Gus Fring, major Breaking Bad characters such as Hector Salamanca, Tuco Salamanca, and, most recently, Hank Schrader have made guest appearances.

Over the weekend, the show's official Twitter account posted a picture of White and Pinkman in a still from Breaking Bad. The caption simply stated, «They're coming back. #BetterCallSaul.» Considering that Better Call Saul is giving the backstory for how everything came to be in Breaking Bad, it should be no surprise that everyone's favorite meth partnership will have their own cameo, as they too need their connection to their show's prequel.
This will be Cranston and Paul's first appearances as their iconic characters since the Breaking Bad movie El Camino, which was released on Netflix all the way back in the fall of 2019. It fits that they would be coming back, seeing how they first knew about Saul Goodman through Pinkman's original partner, Emilio, who, according to Pinkman, had been arrested multiple times before Goodman got him off every time. Odds are, that's how the show will re-introduce at least Pinkman. White
