Larian Studios recently announced everything that will be included in the upcoming eighth patch for , including a new subclass for Bards. On top of the numerous bug fixes and the long-awaited cross-play feature, it was revealed that twelve more subclasses will be added to the game for free. For bard players specifically, this is a very exciting time as the chosen subclass for them is sure to be one of the best in the entire game.
Many long-time fans of will recognize the College of Glamour bard subclass. On the other hand, many newcomers will wonder what this new Bard College offers compared to the others already in the game. Regardless of one's prior knowledge about this subclass, it will surely be an exciting new experience for players due to just how much it has to offer.
The College Of Glamour subclass was first introduced in an expansion for D&D 5e called back in 2017. This book provided players with numerous new options for character spells, subclasses, feats, and even a new system, allowing for an easy way to generate a character's backstory. College of Glamour was one bard subclass that countless players hoped would be added to, and now they won't have to rely on downloading any mods to do so.
