There are a lot of animal-centred interactions in Baldur's Gate 3, but one that always stands out is our introduction to His Majesty in the Last Light Inn. Not only is his name utterly fabulous, but having the Speak with Animals ability gives you one of the funniest conversations in the game, as you try to hiss back at the feline to assert dominance. The regal name and personality suited his appearance too, because sphynx cats definitely seem to be one of the more judgemental cat breeds out there.

But since that issue was in the game since launch, many of us had grown accustomed to His Majesty's bugged appearance - and a whole lot of fans want it back.
Some have taken their grievances to Larian itself, calling His Majesty's new appearance a "glow down" from what we had originally. Frustratingly, the "fixed" appearance has been patched in for those of us who have already met him
