In an interview with Bachelor Nation ahead of his first Father's Day, Adam shared some advice for fellow new parents and discussed his life as a new father. Adam's advice is,«Don’t be afraid to ask for help! Family and friends are everything.» He advised new parents not to feel bad if people offer to watch the baby in order to help the parents get things done. He also said that new parents should«get back to normalcy as fast as you can. Being stuck in a house or apartment can really take a toll on you. Get out and get fresh air, run errands, etc. — with or without the baby.» The Bachelor in Paradise alum revealed that fatherhood has changed him because it taught him that «everyone started as a little human and raised to where they are now. It’s not about you anymore, it’s about your child and family.»
