Overwatch has plenty of unique abilities, though a few of them center around knocking gamers around. Surviving one of these “boops” can be difficult, making one Overwatch fan’s Ashe gameplay particularly impressive.
Overwatch’s boop maneuvers can be pulled off by a number of heroes. These can be especially deadly in maps with places to fall off, as players can use boops to launch their foes off the map. Lucio’s is perhaps the most common, as it is a significant part of his moveset. Brigitte players can use the ranged hits from her rocket flail to knock their opponents back, too. Pharah also has one of these abilities, as her Concussive Blast will throw all enemies in an area back. In the case of the incredible Ashe play, it was Pharah’s Concussive Blast that set things into motion.

The clip was posted by Reddit user and Overwatch player CreepingFeature, and it sees an incredible save that required some top-notch reaction time. The clip sees the Ashe and Pharah fighting around the health pack near the jump pad on Oasis. The skirmish begins before the round even begins, and it looks like Ashe has the upper hand after landing a shot on the enemy Pharah. However, when attempting to track her down, the Ashe player realizes that Pharah has flown high into the air. Unfortunately, they come to this realization too late, as they are knocked off the map.
Most Ashe players likely would have died in this situation, as it seems like there is no way to survive it based on how far CreepingFeature was from the ledge.
