Crunchyroll has finally announced the release date for the highly-anticipated U.S. theatrical debut of the anime movie. The latest installment to the Attack on Titan film franchise combines the final two episodes of the hit anime series into one supersized cinematic experience.
Following its Japanese theatrical release last November, Attack on Titan: The Last Attack is now set to arrive in U.S. and Canadian theaters for one day only on February 19, 2025. The film will be available in both Japanese with English subtitles as well as dubbed in English.
Based on the original story by Hajime Isayama, the movie is directed by Yûichirô Hayashi, with MAPPA serving as its animation studio and producer. The creative team also includes character designer Tomohiro Kishi, art director Kuniaki Nemoto, editor Masato Yoshitake, and chief animation director Daisuke Niinuma, with Kohta Yamamoto and Hiroyuki Sawano providing the music. The Japanese voice cast includes Yuki Kaji as Eren Jaeger, Yui Ishikawa as Mikasa Ackermann, Marina Inoue as Armin Arlelt, Hiro Shimono as Conny Springer, Hiroshi Kamiya as Captain Levi, Kisho Taniyama as Jean Kirschtein, Yoshimasa Hosoya as Reiner Braun, Yu Shimamura as Annie Leonhart, and more.
