While other developers shelve their products and leave players with an inferior version of the game, developers are intending to send the beloved mobile game off with a bang.
The formula was already fantastic for smartphones, with packing in plenty of features that made the series such a hit with fans, all playable on the go. While some of the costly aspects of the mobile market and lack of features gave it a slow start,many fans praised for its wide variety of content and consistent updates to keep coming back for. With the new version of removing microtransactions entirely while adding even more content to the experience, some fans believe that the game's shutdown is actually good thing.
With all the new changes coming to Complete edition, there's more incentive for returning and new players to experience their dream camp life when it launches on December 2nd, 2024. For players who left their camping days behind, they'll want to spend any of their remaining Leaf Tickets and other paid currency before they expire, using them on the vast amount of cosmetics returning for final month of activities. With its final days approaching, players will need to re-download if they want to transfer their original saved data to the new version before the final deadline.
Players have until November 28th, 2024 to transfer their save data to the Complete edition.
