Walter Scobell, who plays a younger version of Ryan Reynolds in The Adam Project, features in a new Deadpool 3 fan poster as Kidpool. The Adam Project, which landed on Netflix last week, sees Reynolds playing a time-traveling pilot. In the sci-fi/adventure film, Reynolds' Adam goes back in time to team up with his younger self in order to save his lost wife and stop an evil dictator from taking control in the future. Fans and critics alike have praised The Adam Project film for its heartfelt themes and strong performances, particularly from the Young Adam, Walker Scobell.
After directing Reynolds in 2020's Free Guy, Shawn Levy teamed up with the actor once more for The Adam Project. The two partnerships have evidently been positive experiences for both parties, as Levy was also recently announced as the director for the long-awaited Deadpool 3. Reynolds himself acknowledged the news on Instagram, posting an edited poster for The Adam Project featuring Guy from Free Guy and Deadpool with the playful caption, "The third film in my Shawn Levy trilogy will be a tad more stabby."
