You may have heard of Activision Blizzard. You know, they release Call of Duty, that little shooter series. They also do Warcraft, Candy Crush, and have made headlines for questionable working environments, to put it very lightly. Oh and it's also been valued at nearly $70 billion as Microsoft try to buy it outright. But amongst all that, Activision Blizzard also make games.
Even completely new games no one's ever heard of before. We're talking brand new IP. Spotted by games market analyst @RishiAlwani on Twitter, a job posting indicates the games giant is in the process of hiring for a completely new title that is as yet unnamed and unrevealed. This is a new survival game from Blizzard and it looks to be totally new and not based on previously existing series.

The LinkedIn listing shows Blizzard Entertainment seeking a senior producer on an "unannounced survival game" for its offices in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. "A new world and a new journey await you," the job listing begins. "It is a world different from any other Blizzard has created", it continues, offering a tantalising hint that this new game could really be something novel.
"We have a new AAA survival game in the works, set in a new IP for PC/Console", the listing reads. "It's going to be amazing, and we are excited to bring you along for the ride. Together, we'll build something big, bold, and beautiful". There's more but it's mostly the usual job post spiel.
While Activision Blizzard has several major game series, it's now mostly known for supporting them with new updates or new entries in their respective series, so this is something new for the studio. As Alwani
