Diablo 4’s open beta in March was absolutely massive – the biggest ever in the series’ history, in fact – and left a lot of people hungry for more of what the action RPG will have on offer. And though there’s still a little over a month left until its launch, players will soon have the chance to get another taste. Blizzard Entertainment recently confirmed that Diablo 4 will be getting a Server Slam from May 12 to May 14, and it has now released a short new trailer to offer a glimpse at the same.
Diablo 4’s Server Slam will feature the same content as its recent open beta, though it will come with a few tweaks. For starters, players will be able to experience the numerous improvements Blizzard has made to the game based on feedback for the beta. You will also be able to fight Ashava the World Boss more frequently, while the Server Slam will also feature exclusive rewards. That said, progress won’t carry over into the full game.
Diablo 4 looks to be on track for an impressive launch, to little surprise, at least where its commercial performance is concerned, with Activision Blizzard recently noting that pre-sales have been strong in the build-up to release.
Diablo 4 is out on June 6 for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, Xbox One, PS4, and PC. Check out its PC requirements through here.
