Lee Dong-wook takes on the role of Jeong Ji-man, a man who clandestinely manages an unconventional shopping mall while looking after his niece, Ji-an. Kim Hye-jun portrays Jeong Ji-an, a young girl who grows up under the care of her unconventional uncle after losing her parents. Season 1 is directed by Lee Kwon and Noh Gyu-yeob.

The official synopsis for A Shop for Killers Season 1 reads:

“Ji-an discovers her uncle’s mysterious shopping mall and is attacked by unidentified individuals seeking his supplies after his sudden death.”
