Former 90 Day Fiancé franchise star Varya Malina suffered terrible side effects after participating in the medical research study. Fans may remember the Russian native from her appearance in 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 4. She appeared in that season with 44-year-old criminal Geoffrey Paschel, who has now been sentenced to 18 years in prison without parole.
