90 Day Fiancé revealed how he hid details of his arrest after a homeless couple allegedly spiked his wine from his workplace and family. 52-year-old Ben has not created a good impression on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days viewers ever since he became a part of season 5. Besides giving TLC viewers the creeps with his relentless pursuit of 22-year-old student Mahogany Roca on the show, his recent arrest also gave Benjamin a bad name. Fans found out that he was actually arrested in connection to a 2020 arrest for an OUI and suspended license. It didn’t take long for Ben to be fired from the Michigan Lupus Foundation, where he worked in a director position.
Ben took a trip to meet Mahogany in Peru, despite having talked to her for only three months. Mahogany, with her filtered photos on Instagram and zero video calls, gave off strong catfish vibes, but Ben still wanted to marry her. She almost refused to meet Ben and, when she did, refused to agree that they were boyfriend and girlfriend. Instead, Mahogany has called out Ben for being immature at his age and for playing games with her. In real life, Ben went through a rough time because, on March 15, he was busted for a probation violation after he failed to appear for a hearing, and the judge issued a bench warrant.
