90 Day Fiancé: Ben Apologizes To Kim For His Misogynistic Comments
Ben Rathbun has publicly apologized to his fellow 90 Day Fiancé star Kim Menzies for calling her a predator during part one of the Tell-All. Viewers know the 52-year-old Ben from the latest season of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, during which he pursued a relationship with 22-year-old Mahogany Roca. Before the Tell-All began, Ben and Kim met for the first time, and sadly their meeting wasn't friendly. The Michigan resident said Kim demanding sex from her boyfriend, Usman Umar, was predatory behavior. Although the San Diego resident didn't respond to Ben's comments, she appeared hurt and lost respect for him.
After the Tell-All incident, many 90 Day Fiancé viewers labeled Ben a misogynist, especially because he claimed that men are like lions looking for gazelles. He also added that pursuing women is more fun when it is a "race," stating that women should not just "lay down," as it is not enjoyable. After Ben called Kim's behavior a turn-off, many 90 Day Fiancé viewers slammed him for his ridiculous comments.

After receiving major backlash on social media, Ben has now offered an apology to Kim. In an Instagram story shared by 90dayfiancenow, Ben took all the responsibility for his comments, stating they were "patronizing, misogynistic and hurtful." He shared that his co-star has shown him "true kindness" by accepting his apology and added that he would learn through his errors. Kim quickly re-shared Ben's message on her Instagram story and thanked him for his sincere apology, stating there is no "ill will" between them.
