Omega Strikers developer Odyssey Interactive has announced Byte Breakers, a 40-player platform fighting battle royale for PC (Steam). Odyssey Interactive describes it as a prototype and clarifies that it “might not even make this game.” The first playtest will begin on September 13 in North America.

The third-person Battle Royale shooter Off the Grid is now available for free early access for those on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via the Epic Games Store, as announced by Gunzilla, the title developer. Off the Grid takes you on a journey through Teardrop Island in a cyberpunk world that has been created in collaboration with Neill Blomkamp. Blomkamp has directed movies such as District 9, Chappie, and, more recently, Gran Turismo. This is his first venture in the video game world, and he has helped to create the dystopian cyberpunk world that players will get to explore in the Extraction Royale.
