The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Dyeing to Find It Shrine Quest can be found in the Lanayru region. The idea is to check the Lanayru Wetlands place name, then trace a line directly southwest from that. You should see a spot just between Quattra's Sheld and Rabia Plain.
In this area, you'll find a bandit camp with a large skull. Right next to it is a hilltop with an odd, square-shaped contraption. This is the one that we're looking for.
Upon landing, the friendly Construct will greet you, and it will provide you with this riddle:
«When the sun awakens in the sky, dye the white pattern black. Then will the sacred shrine appear.»
The riddle pertains to the odd contraption right next to it, and the pattern refers to a rectangular-esque shape on the rock just beside that.
Here's what you need to do to solve the Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Dyeing to Find It Shrine Quest for the Kurakat Shrine:
After the shadow has matched the pattern, the Kurakat Shrine will magically appear. Inside, you can pick up the Magic Scepter from the chest, as well as the Blessing of Light from the terminal.
