It is called Xiaomi Service+ app and is currently available for all Xiaomi customers seeking after-sales service. The app is said to be a one-stop solution for all repairs and live assistance with experts.
The Xiaomi Service+ app is said to offer “a range of support services such as device repair, price quotations, live chat assistance and others. Customers can avail all of them from the comfort of their homes with just a few clicks,” says the official statement. The Xiaomi Service+ app can be downloaded via Google Play or GetApps.
Xiaomi says that the app is meant to help maintain a strong relationship with the after-sales personnel after a product has been purchased. This app can help customers book repair requests for all Xiaomi devices. Customers can also book product installations and demos.
The Xiaomi Service+ app can also be used to locate the nearest service center. Customers can also check spare part prices along with the warranty information of their purchased devices. Those who have already sent their products for service can check the status via this app.
Moreover, the app will also allow customers to get in touch with customer support via chats with an AI bot, or a service agent.
