In a stunning piece of fan art featuring the X-Men's resident Sorcerer Supreme, Magik, the powerful hero looks great in a video game-inspired cover art. On their Twitter account, Joshua «Sway» Swaby shared their amazing take on Magik, which not only showcases the New Mutant with her own video game cover but does so while bringing back Anya Taylor-Joy's version of the hero into the fold.
Magik has one of the more tragic origins in comics, as the hero was raised in Limbo, where she mastered the dark arts and eventually broke free. She would become a main member of the New Mutants team of the X-Men, where her dark magical powers would stand out among the rest. Magik would become more demonic-looking after summoning her mystical armor and Soulsword, as her Darkchilde persona represented her Limbo-based powers' dark, corrupted side. In current continuity, Magik is the Sorcerer Supreme of Limbo. Magik made her live-action debut in New Mutants, where actress Anya Taylor-Joy played her.
