Before the launch of Shadowlands, World of Warcraft held a special contest where voters could pick a free mount all players would receive. Now, one of the most popular runner-up mounts from the World of Warcraft contest is officially being added to the game.
The tree-like Wandering Ancient mount won the initial contest, but not by an overwhelming margin. Years later, the Gooey Slimesaber mount is joining the Soaring Spelltome–a fellow runner-up mount added to World of Warcraft after the contest–albeit under a new name: Jigglesworth Sr.

The Jigglesworth Sr. mount is unlocked by acquiring the new limited-time Feat of Strength meta achievement, Fates of the ShadowlandsRaids. This achievement is unlocked by completing Castle Nathria, the Sanctum of Domination, and the Sepulcher of the First Onesraids on Normal or higher difficulty using the new Fated mechanics added in Season 4. This new system adds new mechanics, powers, and twists to the encounters. As only one of these raids is available each week, players will be able to get Jigglesworth Sr. starting the week of August 16.
World of Warcraft players had previously datamined textures and icons from the Gooey Slimesaber in previous builds of Shadowlands, so its inclusion is not a total surprise. The Soaring Spelltome was added to the game months ago as a reward for completing the Mage Tower challenge mode after it was re-added to the game. However, unlike the Spelltome, Jigglesworth Sr. will only be available for a limited time.
