World of Warcraft is well into the alpha testing process for Dragonflight, its next expansion pack, meaning players have gotten their hands on all sorts of information and files from the game. Some World of Warcraft fans have discovered a series of NPC-only customizations that could eventually make their way to the player’s character creation screen.
The Primalists are one of the major antagonistic factions in World of Warcraft: Dragonflight. Though the leaders of this elemental-wielding faction consist primarily of proto-dragons, many mortals serve them as well. Most of these mortals have unique glowing eye customizations that coincide with the four major elements: air, earth, fire, and water.
Warcraft Mobile Game Reportedly Canceled
The customizations themselves have been found by World of Warcraft dataminers, leading them to be added to Wowhead’s beta Dragonflight Dressing Room under the NPC-restricted options. Though there have been many other NPC-only customizations discovered in-game in the past, the Primalist eyes are more complete, as they have both a color picker swatch and proper name most others lack.
This could mean World of Warcraft plans on providing this option for players in the future. The Dark Ranger eye and skin tone customizations were also found similarly, and World of Warcraft made those options available to players in Patch 9.2.5 via an achievement. It is possible it could do the same with these Primalist eyes–possibly as a reward for defeating the Primal Incarnates during the Dragonflight raids.
