For fans of Omega Force's new RPG, unlocking new weapons is more complicated than simply visiting the Blacksmith. All eight of the weapon types in are complex, powerful, and designed to suit different playstyles. Therefore, if players want to create unique fighting experiences in, they'll want to unlock more weapons as quickly as possible.
While the Karakuri Katana introduced in ' prologue is a versatile weapon perfectly viable for taking players all the way through the game, they may want to unlock other weapon types. Soon after players meet Natsume the Blacksmith in ' intro, they'll be able to craft a Field Forge at their camp, which allows them to freely craft and upgrade their weapons and armor. Creating a Field Forge gives players a choice of four more weapon types: the Kaduchi, the Bow, the Maul, and the Bladed Wagasa. However, the remaining three weapon slots will still be locked, including the Hand Cannon (which is similar to the bow guns from ), the Claw Blade, and the Karakuri Staff.
The Hand Cannon in is a standard point-and-shoot gun that can also fire an arced artillery blast that summons a Ki Base to refill its ammo. As the highest mobility weapon in the game, the dual Claw Blades are a fast-attacking aerial weapon that lets players latch onto enemies with a rope. Finally, the Karakuri Staff can take different forms during combat, which each teaches players a unique short combo chain.
