While Green Lantern may command the unfettered power of will, that's only one element of the powerful emotional spectrum, and various Justice League heroes and villains could be even more powerful in alternate Corps.
The Green Lantern Corps have both fought and worked alongside the other Corps in DC canon, from the wrathful Red Lanterns to the redemption-obsessed Indigo Tribe. Each group draws its members from those with a particular connection to its defining emotion, and DC's established heroes and villains aren't exempt from this selection process. In fact, many heroes would be supercharged by joining a Corps. For example, Superman would only be more powerful as a hope-fueled Blue Lantern.

So, which heroes and villains are best suited to each Corps? Readers got somewhat of answer in Blackest Night #6 by Geoff Johns and Ivan Reis, when the Lanterns were going into their final fight against the Black Lantern leader, Nekron. In the event's most dramatic moment, heroes and villains like Wonder Woman and Lex Luthor were temporarily inducted into the organizations that fit them the best. But while it was an extremely entertaining sight, it begs the question as to what other characters the various Corps in the Emotional Spectrum would recruit.
At the extreme ends of the Emotional Spectrum are the Red Lanterns and the Star Sapphires, who represent the most overpowering emotions. The rage-filled Red Lanterns are fueled by their anger and would no doubt welcome a number of villains into their ranks.
