TLC's Sister Wivesis back for its 17th season, as the network confirmed last week, and it's time to share information about when and where to tune in. The Brown family, which is led by the patriarch, Kody Brown, has had one heck of a year. As the family started to unravel, fans became more interested in the clan's dynamics, particularly in relation to where each wife stands today.
The reality hit Sister Wives showcases a polygamist family's world. The series follows around alpha husband Kody and his four wives, Meri, Janelle, Christine, and Robyn Brown, along with the 18 children that the patriarch has welcomed with his spouses. As viewers know, the Browns were forced out of Utah due to strict laws. After deciding to move away from Las Vegas, they headed for Flagstaff, Arizona, where everyone seemed settled enough. However, there were plenty of obstacles, such as the wives living in four different houses in the same town, which ultimately led to upheaval.

TLC revealed on July 22 that there would be a new season of Sister Wives coming to the network. The cryptic trailer, which showed nothing but the opening credits (and the sight of a fourth wedding ring falling off), left fans on the edges of their seats. The Sister Wives season will follow the Browns in the aftermath of Christine choosing to leave Kody behind to move to Utah. The new season will premiere on Sunday, September 11 at 10 p.m. EST. The dramatic opening showed the fourth ring on the «I» in the show logo falling off, onto the floor. Needless to say, Kody will have a lot to explain when the cameras start rolling.
