The Pokémon Trading Card Game's newest expansion Astral Radiance just released, but how expensive are its new card styles, and how much are cards representing new characters from Pokémon Legends: Arceus actually worth? With the introduction of cards like Iridia, Adaman, and the various different Hisuian variants from the Sinnoh region, Astral Radiance has many collector’s items that separate it from other sets that follow the main-line Pokémon RPGs. The return of Legendary Pokémon like Dialga and Palkia mesh well with the new VSTAR mechanics that have been created since the release of Pokémon Diamond and Pearl.
Many TCG players have combed through the entire Astral Radiance Pokémon list and marked the Hisuian Typhlosion and Gardenia’s Vigor as possible constructed playable cards, but the prices have already settled for a few of the cards that collectors are looking for. Dialga and Palkia are predictably some of the most expensive cards, but Machamp has also risen in price dramatically since Astral Radiance hit shelves. While prices are still volatile due to the low supply of cards, the early winners are definitely worth hunting for and collecting.

As is tradition, the Secret Rare and Holofoil full art versions of popular Pokémon are still the most expensive versions of cards in the set, with alternate arts like Pokémon Astral Radiance's Trainer Gallery cards in the set fetching prices far beyond the price of a pack. There are no triple-digit prices, but many of the holofoil cards come close to hitting $100.
