Moriah first began dating Max back in season 2, and the pair seemed like a good match. As Welcome to Plathville viewers learned, Max was Moriah's first boyfriend. The relationship was not always stable, especially since Max had an issue with how Moriah dressed. However, eventually, he gave her a promise pinky ring that symbolized the start of the rest of their lives together. Even Kim and Barry Plath accepted him into the family.
