Waven's Second Chapter of the Lance-Dur Season is Here, With New Challenge, Belladonna
Ankama Studios has released the second part of Waven’s Lance Dur season. The strategic MMO is currently in early access on PC and Mac, and this new chapter resets the ladders, and adds Belladonna as a daily challenge.
The update brings the new Competitive Island for PvE challenges. Now that Cire Momore has been challenged and defeated many times, Belladonna is now taking daily challengers. Use a daily ticket to take her on. The ladders have been reset for the new season, but there are still lots of rewards to be won.
These include chests, Wakfu Fragments, and gems, for cosmetic items from the in-game shop. Speaking of Wakfu Fragments, all players will get 500 of them to exchange for Albuera chests. These will let you beef up your decks by getting things like rings, armbands, spells, and even new companions.
Battle passes have also been renewed in the shop and there are weekly challenges to complete, with 10-50 stars gained per completion. You can use those stars to unlock a number of rewards throughout the chapter and they are exclusively available during the duration of this chapter. The Platinum Pass will unlock all rewards as you work through those challenges, with extras including pets, emotes, companion skins, world visual effects, and additional items.
This second of three chapters features these activities and all the new content, including the ability to challenge Belladonna all through December 19th. The third and final part of the Lance-Dur season, Albuera, will follow, through mid-January.
